Welcome to Our NYS Certified Cosmetology Program
Our New York State Certified Cosmetology Program offers students the opportunity to begin to learn the basics of a professional career in the beauty industry while still in school. This comprehensive program combines classroom instruction with hands-on training in hair care, skin care, and nail services.
As a state-approved program, all instructional hours earned in our class count toward the 1,000 hours required by New York State to sit for the Cosmetology Licensing Examination. Students gain valuable technical skills, professional experience, and confidence as they work toward meeting their career goals by earning a few hours in our classroom.
We believe learning is best when it’s put into practice. Each year, our students showcase their creativity and talent through a Cosmetology Fashion Show, where they design and present complete hair, makeup, and nail looks. This exciting event allows students to demonstrate their skills, teamwork, and artistic vision to the school and community.
The program emphasizes professionalism, communication skills, safety and creativity while preparing students for success in getting a jump start on the hours they need to sit for their NYS exam. Our goal is to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and work ethic they need to thrive in this growing industry.
