Students Make Holiday Wreaths

Randolph Academy students prepare to "deck the halls" by making evergreen holiday wreaths. The Vocational Horticulture program, which trains students ages 14-18, produced dozens of wreaths this week. The smell of pine was fantastic, as was the skilled handiwork of the students. Students learned to use a variety of hand tools to trim evergreen boughs and create perfectly shaped wreaths. The wreaths were sold to staff and visitors, with the proceeds going back to the program for future projects.
